Convenience store close to Babbacombe Beach acquired by local operators

Situated less than half a mile from Babbacombe beach on the English Riviera coastline, the store stocks and sells a range of products from everyday essentials to food-to-go, making it an ideal choice for beach-goers as well as local residents.
The lease for the store was sold by owner Chris Snell, who decided to hand the keys over to a new operator in order to focus on his other businesses.
The store has been acquired by a pair of experienced local operators who run other convenience stores and petrol stations in the area. They plan to extend the product range and offer a wide selection of goods to customers.
Chris Snell commented, “We are really pleased to have now completed on the sale of Best One Babbacombe. It has been a pleasure running the store however time demands from our other businesses mean we have had to pass the reins onto someone new. We would like to thank all our loyal customers over the past few years, who, I know, will be happy with the new owners.”
The new operators added, “We are very much looking forward to taking the store on to the next level. It has been well-established by the previous owners, but equally there is great potential for expansion and new product lines, which we know will appeal to local customers.
