Bilsborrow Store and Post Office sold for the first time in 20 years through Christie & Co

Located in a residential area off the main road through Bilsborrow village, the store is well-established and heavily relied upon by the local community.

After running the store for twenty years, owners Mr & Mrs Rimmer decided to sell to focus on their retirement. Mr David Rimmer commented: “It has been a pleasure to have dealings with Christie & Co in this sale, and I wish the buyers all the best for their new chapter.”

The acquisition was successfully financed by Christie Finance. Ian Shenton, Finance Consultant at Christie Finance, said: “I am delighted to have secured funding for the buyer. I have no doubt they will make this a huge success.”

The store was sold at an undisclosed price.
