'Good' rated day nursery in Coventry sold to experienced operator

Established in 2014, Blue Bell Woods Day Nursery is a well-regarded setting with a capacity for up to 37 children aged from a few months old to pre-school age. The nursery has built a reputation for providing quality childcare and holds a ‘Good’ Ofsted rating.

The nursery operates from a converted council building with a large garden and benefits from an open-plan layout, creating a well-designed environment for babies, toddlers, and pre-school children.

Located on Monks Road in the affluent village of Binley Woods, near Coventry, the day nursery benefits from ample outdoor space while remaining easily accessible to nearby towns. Its position within this well-served local community, close to a number of primary schools, makes it a good option for families.

The business was previously owned by Nerys Evans and was brought to market due to Nerys’ plans to retire after years of service to early years.

Following a confidential sales process with Jassi Sunner at Christie & Co, Blue Bell Woods Day Nursery has been purchased by experienced operator, Kartik Patel of Sneakers Childcare Ltd.

Nerys Evans, the former owner of Blue Bell Woods Day Nursery, comments, "The time came for me to retire and I knew I had to sell the nursery that I had built up over the last 12 years. Blue Bell Woods Day Nursery was sold for an undisclosed price.
