Boutique hotel in the New Forest set for new ownership following sale through Christie & Co
Specialist hotel property adviser, Christie & Co is pleased to announce Spot in the Woods, a stunning Grade II listed country house hotel in the New Forest National Park, has been sold to Hannah Passmore & Stephen Parker.
Set within 1.5 acres of landscaped grounds in Woodlands, the boutique hotel offers a quiet spot in the Hampshire countryside with 11 beautifully refurbished bedrooms, five shepherd’s huts and extensive public areas including an elegant dining/function room and covered veranda overlooking the gardens.
Hillbrooke Hotels have spent considerable time and money upgrading and refurbishing the property and grounds since their acquisition in early 2020 including the addition of the five shepherd’s huts.
