63-bedroom care home in Nottinghamshire village set to reopen following sale
Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co, has announced the sale of the closed Bramcote Hills Care Home in Nottinghamshire.
Business. Built around You.

Bramcote Hills Care Home, which is still registered to care for up to 63 residents, occupies a 63-bedroom purpose-built property on Sandringham Drive in the popular suburban village of Bramcote.
The home ceased trading in February 2025.
It has been owned by My Care for 14 years. Following a confidential sales process with Rosie Turner at Christie & Co, the home has been purchased by John Whetton of Belvedere Care Group Ltd. This will be their ninth home in the Midlands and the North.
Rosie Turner, Senior Business Agent - Care at Christie & Co, comments, “I am delighted to have sold Bramcote Hills Care Home for My Care. The property attracted significant attention due to its size, build profile, and the clear opportunity it represents for future care provision in the area. The home will now move forward under the ownership of Belvedere Care Group Ltd, whose vision and investment will ensure it can reopen and once again play an important role in supporting the local community. I look forward to seeing the home return to operation under its new management.”
Bramcote Hills Care Home was sold for an undisclosed price.
