Busy spar branded store in Holmer Green sold to experienced retailers
Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co is delighted to announce the sale of Spar Holmer Green, located in the village of Holmer Green, Buckinghamshire.
This highly profitable store has been run by Peter Sichel for over 30 years and came to market as he is seeking retirement. He comments, “ I would like to place on record my thanks for the job Christie & Co and, particularly James, did for me in selling my shop, from finding exactly the right buyers, communicating between the parties as necessary and achieving a sale price over what I thought was an already pretty punchy asking price. Following a competitive bidding process, which generated more than 15 offers over the guide price, the business was sold to experienced retailers, Mr and Mrs. Patel, who own another convenience store and Post Office in the local area.
