The business is located in a small village in Northamptonshire on the busy A361 that links Daventry to Banbury, attracting passing trade and supporting the surrounding villages.
The site is BP and SPAR branded with good customer car parking and benefited from significant forecourt works recently to futureproof the infrastructure.
Simon and his wife acquired the site in 2008 through Christie & Co, and so when the time was right to seek advice on selling the site, they re-instructed Christie & Co to approach a select number of regional operators on a highly confidential basis.
The successful buyer, Rondel Group, has now acquired two forecourts through Christie & Co, one in 2025 and now this latest site. They have grown rapidly over the last few years and now have 12 trading sites across England and Wales and a fuel supply business.
