Originally a small shop on Stowell Street in Newcastle, which specialised in cane furniture, Cane & Pine Design has evolved into a bespoke furniture and home décor emporium.
The business relocated to the Milkhope Centre in 1999, where the retail shop was combined with the wholesale importing business, but eventually the wholesale side was stopped to enable the popular retail offering to expand into the whole property. Cane & Pine Design stocks and sells a wide range of products including lighting, pictures, cards, mats and artisan pieces, alongside its unique ranges of oak, rubber wood and teak furniture.
Set within the beautifully restored 19th century buildings of a former model cattle farm, the Milkhope Centre blends heritage with modern-day charm.
