Carine joined Christie & Co in 2005 as senior consultant in the Hotels team, and after various promotions, was ultimately appointed Managing Director – Hotels in late 2019, overseeing all aspects of Christie & Co’s Hotel division, including the Agency and Consultancy teams.

In her new role, Carine will oversee Christie & Co’s international operations, working closely with Lukas Hochedlinger, Managing Director Central & Northern Europe, Guillaume Garcin, Managing Director France, and Nicolas Cousin, Managing Director Spain & Portugal. Carine will continue to oversee UK Hotels, thereby taking ultimate responsibility for the entire Hotels business, but also helping to accelerate Christie & Co’s European expansion into new sectors.

Carine comments, “I am delighted with this expanded role supporting our international operations and working alongside our amazing team. Our Hotels division has grown from strength to strength in the last few years and I am confident that we can capitalise further on the appeal of the operational real estate sector leveraging our existing capabilities across Europe but also through strategic additions. ”

Darren Bond, Global Manging Director, Christie & Co adds, “Carine has already made significant contributions to our international business over the last 20 years, demonstrating her strong leadership and strategic vision. With her extensive experience across the hotel sector, I’m confident that she will build on the great progress made in UK Hotels and translate that success to our international business, enhancing our operational efficiency and driving our international growth to new heights.”
