Central Stores Premier is a local convenience store, off licence and Post Office, and has been under family ownership for a number of years, who are now looking to retire.
A new lease for the store has been sold to local operator Sinthusan Thiyagarasa, who brings a wealth of experience managing convenience stores and petrol filling stations across the local area. Mr Thiyagarasa plans to continue building on the success of the business and serving the local community.
Mr Thiyagarasa commented: “It was a pleasure to work with Christie & Co and my agent Joe Brayne was amazing throughout this process. I am super excited to finally have completed on the purchase.”
