Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co, has announced the appointment of Dan Griffiths as Director - Capital Markets, further strengthening the team and reinforcing its commitment to delivering best-in-class advisory services across operational real estate sectors.

Dan previously worked as a Director at Christie & Co and has rejoined after eight years, bringing a wealth of experience across real estate investment and capital markets. Having previously worked at Alpha Real Capital, Rothesay Life, and most recently Maddox Capital Partners, Dan has built a reputation for structuring complex transactions and advising institutional investors on long-income strategies across healthcare, education, hospitality, and alternative asset classes.
In his new role, Dan will work alongside Richard Lunn, Managing Director - Care, and Michael Hodges, Managing Director – Capital Markets, to expand Christie & Co’s reach in the UK and European markets. He will focus on real estate investment transactions within the healthcare sector whilst working closely with the company’s Care Development and wider Capital Markets teams.
