Christie & Co to showcase at this year's Holiday Park & Resort Innovation Show and share insights from their latest Holiday Park Market Report
Specialist retail and leisure property adviser, Christie & Co is delighted to announce a team of its leisure experts will be exhibiting at the upcoming Holiday Park & Resort Innovation Show at the NEC Birmingham on the 15-16 November 2023.
During the two-day conference, at 10:30am on the 16th of November, Christie & Co’s Head of Holiday & Residential Parks, Jamie Keith will deliver a Holiday Park Market Overview, sharing insights from the firm’s latest publication, the ‘Holiday Park Market Snapshot 2023’, which has launched to coincide with the premier industry event.
The Christie & Co Leisure Team has provided valuation and agency advice on leisure assets worth around £1 billion over the last year. Jamie is personally leading some of the firm’s major ongoing agency assignments across the UK, making the session one not to be missed.
Jamie comments, “I’m very much looking forward to sharing an update on the holiday and residential park markets during the event.
