Christie & Co complete the sale of Brixham’s Cambridge Road Store
Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co has successfully sold Cambridge Road Convenience Store in Brixham, South Devon, to the Patel family, experienced retail operators with multiple stores in the South West area.
Cambridge Road Convenience Store came to the market as the previous owners were looking to move onto the next chapter, having operated the shop for seven years.
The Premier-branded store is a fantastic business situated in a densely populated residential housing estate in Brixham. It features a double fronted shop with a Post Office and a spacious two-bedroom owner’s flat with separate access and a large garden, making it the perfect family business.
The new owners, the Patel family bring with them extensive experience in the retail industry and will now own three stores in the South West following the acquisition. The shop will remain a convenience store and post office but they will be looking to develop it into a bigger business.
