Christie & Co expands care offering into France with the appointment of Director, David K. Alberti

In this new role, David K. Alberti will be responsible for developing the services of the healthcare real estate division in France, alongside Christie & Co’s Managing Director for France, Guillaume Garcin.

David has a wealth of experience in healthcare real estate across Europe, having previously worked as an EMEA Healthcare Consultant at Jones Lang LaSalle (since 2022) where he was involved in numerous transactions and advised owners and operators in the framework for their development in France and across Europe. He carried out mandates totalling a transactional volume of more than €1.5 billion.

The introduction of Christie & Co’s care services in France demonstrates the company’s strong desire to develop rapidly by constituting a team of consultants who are 100 per cent dedicated to real estate transactions in the care sector, thus making it possible to meet the needs of owners, investors and operators of health and medico-social establishments.

David K.
