Christie & Co expands care team in the South of England
Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co, has appointed Chloe Goodman as a Trainee Business Agent in its Care team in the South of England.

With a wealth of experience in residential sales and the public sector, Chloe joins the company’s care brokerage team in the South of England and will work alongside established agent, Charles Philips, to cover care home sales and acquisitions in Hampshire and the Home Counties.
She joins Christie & Co following a record-breaking year in care home sales, with transactions up 38% compared with 2024.
