Situated in the town of Fort William, in the Scottish Highlands, Alexandra Hotel caters to leisure guests and outdoor enthusiasts and comprises 93 letting rooms as well as a food and beverage offering in the form of The Bistro and Linhe Restaurant.
Also located in Fort William and at the foot of the renowned mountain, Ben Nevis Hotel & Leisure Club features 119 letting rooms, a swimming pool, function room, bar and restaurant as well as other leisure facilities.
Trading since 1890 and offering 135 bedrooms, extensive function space and a 350-seat restaurant, the iconic Cairn Hotel in Harrogate town centre offers strong year-round trading and significant redevelopment potential.
Cumbria Grand Hotel occupies a prominent elevated position in Grange-over-Sands and includes 124 bedrooms, extensive function facilities, a grand ballroom and a spacious restaurant.
Well-presented and with a variety of public areas for guests and local footfall, Nethybridge Hotel sits in a rural, picturesque National Park village and features 70 bedrooms, The Bridge Lounge & Bar, The Abernethy Restaurant and a number of function rooms.

Situated in the centre of the Victorian spa village of Strathpeffer, Ben Wyvis Hotel sits within five acres of attractive grounds in a location driven by its proximity to Inverness. The hotel has 92 bedrooms, two meeting rooms, a bar and a restaurant.
Christie & Co has been instructed to market the hotels by the Joint Administrators of Strathmore Hotels Limited, James Dewar and Alistair McAlinden of Interpath.
