Specialist business property adviser Christie & Co has been instructed to sell The Nether Abbey Hotel, an established, privately-run establishment in North Berwick. This is an opportunity to acquire a four-star hotel which has been owned by the same family for over 60 years and is one of only two hotels in the town.
Just 30 minutes from the centre of Edinburgh, the seaside town of North Berwick in East Lothian is at the heart of Scotland’s famous Golf Coast and has long been a popular getaway destination for visitors arriving by car, bus or direct train.
