Nethermill Lodges is a small, family-run lodge resort which occupies an elevated position with striking views across the River Clyde towards The Trossachs. Richard and Alison Close purchased the site in 2012 to create their family home and sheep business, with inspiration for the lodges coming six years later.
The family had a vision for their inherited native woodland and initially built three luxury lodges as a romantic escape for couples. Nethermill Lodges offers a balance of rural tranquillity with easy access to some of Scotland’s best tourist attractions. Christie & Co undertook valuation services to assist in the next phase of the family’s business plans, which involves the creation of further luxury lodges.
