The rankings confirm that Christie & Co provided sell-side advice on more hotel asset sales than any other firm in the UK and Eurozone, positioning the company as a market leader in hotel brokerage.
Despite ongoing economic and geopolitical pressures, 2025 saw significant hotel investment activity across Europe, with Christie & Co’s international team supporting a wide range of clients including private owners and operators, lenders, and international investors. The sale of the Vienna Marriott Hotel in July 2025 at over €100 million marked the largest single asset transaction brokered by the company last year.
