Nestled on a two point two acre site beneath the Humber Bridge, with fantastic views over the estuary, The Country Park Inn offers a picturesque backdrop for drinking, dining and hosting events, making it a popular spot for weddings.
Since being acquired by the previous owners, seven years ago, the business has undergone a number of significant renovations and refurbishments and has built a coveted reputation within the Yorkshire region as a result.
Needing to focus on other business interests, the previous owners decided to seek a new tenant for the business with the help of Christie & Co’s hospitality experts, creating an excellent opportunity for an incoming operator.
The new lease has been acquired by Advocate Group, who currently operate an estate of 30 pubs across the UK and boast extensive experience in the hospitality sector. They plan to build on the businesses’ excellent reputation and establish a schedule of year-round events, whilst also maintaining the quality food and beverage offering.
