Christie & Co let Bampton’s Costcutter to Appleby Westward Group Ltd
Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co is pleased to announce the lease on Bampton’s local Costcutter has been acquired by Appleby Westward Group Limited, with the site now set to become a SPAR-branded store.
Located on Brook Street, this established, well-maintained village convenience store offers a wide range of grocery products, fresh, chilled and frozen foods, confectionery, snacks, soft drinks, alcohol and tobacco.
The leasehold became available as the previous lessee, David Steele was looking to retire. This presented a fantastic opportunity for a new tenant to take over the strong-performing business, with Appleby Westward Group Ltd emerging as the successful bidder.
