Derwentwater Hotel & Derwent Manor Apartments sold to Leisureplex Hotel Group

The property is a popular leisure destination containing 47 en-suite guest bedrooms, 18 self-catered apartments, and one self-contained holiday cottage, along with a large open-plan lakeview conservatory and landscaped gardens stretching down to the edge of Derwentwater.

The property has been acquired by Leisureplex Hotel Group and will become the 25th site in the Leisureplex Collection, joining the Royal Hotel Weymouth and Waverly Castle Hotel in Melrose also acquired through Christie & Co.

The property was sold at an undisclosed sum.
