Diamond Lodge in Manchester sold through Christie & Co

The hotel comprises 88 en-suite guest rooms as well as a bar, lounge and restaurant, substantial parking, and a courtyard.

Situated in the Belle Vue area of Manchester, around three miles from the city centre, Diamond Lodge benefits from excellent transport links and close proximity to leisure attractions including the Etihad Stadium and the Manchester O2 Apollo venue. The hotel has proved popular with both business guests during the week and leisure visitors exploring nearby attractions over weekends.

The hotel was sold by Stephen and Christine Smith, who acquired the property in 2002 and are selling due to retirement. Mr Smith commented: “We would like to wish Rohit and his team all the best with the hotel, and thank Tom O’Malley from Christie & Co for his supportive and professional conduct throughout the sales process.”
