Ed Fitch joins Christie & Co’s hotels team
Specialist business property adviser Christie & Co is delighted to announce the appointment of Ed Fitch as a Senior Director in its Hotels team.

Ed joins Christie & Co from Cushman & Wakefield, where he previously held the position of Head of Hospitality, UK & Ireland, as a Partner within the EMEA Hospitality Capital Markets team. He brings with him many years of extensive experience advising hotel owners, operators and investors on broader strategy and specific transactions, with a strong track record across both single‑asset and portfolio instructions.
In his new role, Ed will work within Christie & Co’s Corporate Hotels team, focusing on advising institutional investors, private equity, owner‑operators and corporate clients on the acquisition and disposal of hotel assets across the UK.
