Eskbank brewing company acquires craft brewery & taproom in Dalkeith

Founded in 2016, Cross Borders Brewery is a well-established craft brewery and taproom. Situated in Hardengreen Industrial Estate, the brewery is known for its array of flavour-packed ales, while the on-site taproom is known for serving pints and fresh pizzas, along with live music and entertainment.

The craft brewery premises has been acquired by Sam Blumers, who will operate from the site under his new business, Eskbank Brewing Company.

Cross Borders Brewery has relocated to an alternative premises and continues to trade, ensuring the ongoing production and supply of its beers. The leasehold sale of the Dalkeith unit forms part of the company’s wider operational plans, allowing the business to continue its development from its new location.
