Established convenience store in Great Yarmouth sold through Christie Network
Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co has successfully completed the sale of a Londis branded store in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk. Funding for the purchaser was secured through Christie Finance.
The high-turnover store is located in the resort town of Great Yarmouth and has been owned and operated by Justin Fenn for the last 20 years. Justin sold the business as he plans to retire.
Following a confidential sales process, the store has been acquired by Mr Kesavan, an experienced local forecourt operator. Mr Kesavan, who intends to build on the existing trade of the business, comments, “I would highly recommend going through the Christie & Co business group; the whole team was really helpful from the start to the end.
