‘Big plans’ for Surrey village pharmacy following retirement sale

Ewell House Pharmacy is a standard-hour community pharmacy situated in the centre of the bustling, picturesque village of Ewell, just north of Epsom.
The pharmacy was previously owned by Stanislaus and Freda Mandona of Kasmwa Limited, and was brought to market to allow them to retire and spend more time with their grandchildren.
Following a confidential sales process with Tom Laybourn at Christie & Co, it has been purchased by an ambitious first-time buyer, Martin Eguridu, who has big plans to focus on introducing and expanding services.

Going forward, my focus is on sustainable growth, improving patient experience, and strengthening the pharmacy’s role as a key healthcare hub within the community.”
