Experienced operator acquired Essex village store through Christie Group

Centrally located in the affluent village of Stock, the Budgens branded convenience store is highly popular and heavily relied upon by local residents for its range of convenience offerings.
The store was previously owned and operated by brothers, Liam and Dan Panormo, who sold the business to focus on their petrol forecourt businesses.

The store has been acquired by Goran Raven, an experienced Petrol Filling Station operator, who plans to build up on the work Liam and Dan have done and add to the fresh fruit and vegetable range.
Goran comments, “Lewis helped and guided me through the process of acquiring my second site. I was apprehensive about what lay ahead of me, but I was expertly guided through everything I needed to do. The whole process was simple and smooth. I look forward to working with Christie & Co again in the future.
