Experienced operator acquires popular Essex convenience store through Christie Network
Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co, is pleased to announce the sale of Cheers Store & Off License, in Harwich, Essex. Funding for the purchaser was secured through Christie Finance.
Ideally positioned on the main road leading through Harwich, the store benefits from local and passing trade, and provides surrounding residents with a variety of convenience items and essentials.
The popular store has been owned and operated by Mahesh Mistry for the last 17 years, who recently sold to focus on his other remaining business as he plans his retirement. I wish the buyer all the best for the future.”
Following a significant amount of interest, with 28 viewings and 6 offers, the business was acquired by experienced operator, Gokhan Kaygisiz, who plans to re-fit the store and give it a new lease of life.
