Fairlawn is a profitable residential care home registered for 24 residents. It occupies a well-presented, 24-bedroom detached property on Queens Road in Maidstone.
The home has been owned by Mary Lawrence for over 25 years and was brought to market to allow her to retire from the care sector.
Following a confidential sales process with John Harrison at Christie & Co, the home has been purchased by Mrs Asmeeta Varsani, who owns Greenbanks care home in Maidstone.

Fairlawn Residential Care Home was sold for an undisclosed price.
