The family-run group, Gray & Sons, currently operate an estate of 49 tenanted public houses across the county, with a focus on drink sales. They decided to sell the freehold property in addition to the Rose in Burnham which sold in January, as it was felt it was time to pass them to entrepreneurial owners looking to breathe new life into the venues.
