Established West Lothian day nursery sold after 20-year ownership

First Class Nursery Ltd is a well‑established and respected local authority children’s day nursery registered for 47 children, located in the heart of Livingston Village, West Lothian.

The setting has been owned by Annette Irving with support from her daughter, Nicola-Jane, since 2006, following a full renovation of the setting, which was leased via West Lothian Council. It was brought to market to allow Annette to explore retirement.

Following a confidential sales process managed by Callum Lancaster at Christie & Co, the nursery has been acquired by Sadia Ahmed, an established operator with an expanding group of settings across Scotland, including nurseries in Grangemouth, Dundee, Falkirk, and Milton of Campsie.

First Class Nursery Ltd was sold for an undisclosed price.
