A further five Coast & Country hotels across England sold through Christie & Co
On behalf of Coast & Country Hotels, specialist business property adviser Christie & Co has announced the sale of a further five hotels: the Windermere Hotel in Cumbria, the Burlington Hotel in Eastbourne, the Imperial Hotel in Exmouth, and the St Ives Bay Hotel and Ship & Castle Hotel, both in Cornwall.

The five hotels have been sold to BH Group. James Routledge, CIO of BH Group, commented, “These hotels form the basis of our drive into the growing staycation market. We are excited by these opportunities and others we are currently seeing in the market.”
