Opened in February 2020, flossbar is a two-surgery private hygiene and tooth whitening clinic that boasts 1,330 registered patients. It occupies a custom-built modern ground-floor premises, with another circa 1000 sq. ft. upper floor ready to be converted to generate additional income. The clinic is located in the centre of the charming town of Troon, South Ayrshire, which is known for its picturesque coastal setting, historic golf courses, and vibrant seaside promenade.
The previous owner decided to sell to retire. Following a confidential sales process with Joel Mannix at Christie & Co, it has been sold to Kilmarnock Cosmetics Ltd, which owns two other practices.
