Founding owner sells South Ayrshire day nursery for the first time

Fly High Early Learning and Childcare is a busy children’s day nursery that trades in partnership with South Ayrshire Council to provide funded childcare.

The nursery occupies an interesting building that was originally a pub and was later converted into a coffee and gift shop. The property was bought by its previous owner in 2019 and had the full planning permissions and building warrants approved before converting the flat upstairs into the entire building in 2023 to increase the registration to the 38-place day nursery it is today.

Fly High Early Learning & Childcare is located in the village of Monkton, just a few miles from the coastal town of Prestwick, and near several essential facilities, making it an ideal choice for families.

After six successful years of ownership, the owner opted to sell in order to retire.  

Following a confidential sales process with Callum Lancaster at Christie & Co, and with funding sourced through Stephen McConalogue at Christie Finance, Fly High Early Learning & Childcare has been sold to a first-time buyer.

Fly High Early Learning & Childcare was sold for an undisclosed price.
