Former nursing home in Manchester sold to Cygnet Health Care Ltd

Constructed in the mid-1990s and set within 1.8 acres of lawned gardens, the purpose-built nursing home provides 100 en-suite bedrooms arranged across four care units, each set up to accommodate either residential, nursing, challenging behaviour or mental health care.
The home has been vacant for a short period of time and received multiple competitive bids during a targeted marketing campaign.
Following a sales process with James Knight at Christie & Co the property has been purchased by Cygnet Health Care Ltd.

The home sold off an asking price of £3,800,000 and completed for an undisclosed price.
