‘Outstanding’ pre-school group in Woking sold for the first time

Foundations Pre-School is a three-setting pre-school group which can accommodate up to 100 children at any one time.
The group was founded by Matt and Laura Styles in 2010 when the pair opened their first setting at St Peters Church. As the demand for business grew, they took the opportunity to expand into two further settings nearby. They prided themselves on creating a safe, nurturing, home-from-home environment with a Christian ethos that was part of the local community. The settings have excellent local reputations which are reflected in their ‘Outstanding’ Ofsted ratings.
Having done a fantastic job of building a successful business, Matt and Laura recently chose to sell to focus on their family and other business ventures.
Following a confidential sales process with Sophie Willcox at Christie & Co, the settings were sold to existing operator, Laura Yearwood, who owns Gooseberry Bush Day Nursery in Gloucestershire.
