Christie & Co strengthens Retail & Leisure team with four key appointments
Specialist business property adviser Christie & Co has announced the appointment of four Business Agents to its Retail & Leisure team: Martin Ward, Harry Coughlin, Jack Guest and Chris Nay. Their appointment reflects strong market activity and growing demand in the retail sector and reinforces the company’s ability to deliver expert advice and support to clients across the UK.

Martin Ward joins the team to cover Scotland. Based in Glasgow, Martin brings over 20 years of experience in the property market across Scotland and England, having held senior roles with leading estate agencies. His extensive knowledge of local markets and proven track record in property sales will be invaluable as he covers all areas of Scotland.
Harry Coughlin joins the team to cover the West Midlands and surrounding counties, including Warwickshire, Herefordshire, Shropshire, Staffordshire, Worcestershire, Northamptonshire, Oxfordshire, and the Welsh Borders. Harry brings 12 years of property experience, having worked across corporate and independent agencies as well as running his own agency. After starting his Christie & Co career in the Pubs & Restaurants team, Harry now brings his expertise to the retail sector at an exciting time for the market.
Jack Guest joins to cover the South West region, including Gloucestershire, the Cotswolds, Herefordshire, and South and Mid Wales, bringing more than six years’ experience in the property market, handling a wide range of transactions.
Chris Nay joins to cover North Wales and Merseyside, bringing a decade of sales experience to the role, including management positions in estate agencies.
