Christie & Co instructed to market four public houses
Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co is pleased to announce that Dundas Heritable, a long established and well-known name within the Scottish licensed community, has decided to place four public houses from its portfolio up for sale through Christie & Co’s Scottish Hospitality team.
Established in 1977 by the late Willie Smith, Dundas have built a strong portfolio of quality licensed venues , the majority of them being part of their tenanted estate.
The four businesses for sale, which include The Scarecrow, Kilsyth; The Viking, Glasgow; The Willow, Greenock; The Boarding House, Howwood; are for sale on an individual, part or group basis.
The freehold businesses will be sold with the current tenants in situ on varying leases, apart from The Viking which is currently managed.
