Busy Hammersmith pharmacy sold to local operators
Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co, has announced the sale of Hammersmith Pharmacy in West London.

This standard hours pharmacy, which dispenses an average of 5,920 items per month, boasts a modern fit out thanks to its full refurbishment in 2018. It is located on busy Fulham Palace Road, W6, very close to both Charing Cross Hospital and Hammersmith Underground station.
The business was previously owned by multiple operator, Ravi Patel from R P Healthcare Limited, and was brought to market as part of a strategic divestment from the area.
Following a confidential sales process with Mark Page at Christie & Co, it has been purchased by Mariam Moshref from Fulham Pharmacy and her twin brothers, Arya and Jaan Moshref.

Hammersmith Pharmacy was sold for an undisclosed price.
