Busy Maidstone pharmacy changes hands

Headcorn Pharmacy is a standard hours community pharmacy that dispenses an average of 11,000 items per month. It sits within a busy GP surgery in the popular Kent village of Headcorn.
It was previously under corporate ownership and was brought to market as part of a strategic divestment.
Following a confidential sales process with Mark Page at Christie & Co, the pharmacy has been purchased by Hardik Desai of Ticehurst Pharmacy Ltd, which owns nine other pharmacies across East Sussex and Kent.
Hardik Desai, the new owner of Headcorn Pharmacy, comments, “I am delighted with this acquisition and look forward to working with the people of Headcorn. My plans are to improve the advanced services currently being offered to give the town more choice with their primary healthcare.”

Headcorn Pharmacy was sold for an undisclosed price.
