Summit Care Group expands its portfolio with Keighley nursing home acquisition

Herncliffe Nursing Home is registered with the Care Quality Commission for 115 residents and provides a wide range of care services. The home is located in the West Yorkshire market town of Keighley.
It has been established and under the ownership of P & B Kennedy Holdings Limited for over 45 years.
Following a confidential sales process with Jonathan Wickens at Christie & Co, the home has been purchased by Yorkshire and Midlands care operator, Summit Care Group.

Herncliffe Nursing Home was sold for an undisclosed price.
