The house is set within large, landscaped gardens and has a private car park, and operates for exclusive hire and events.

Richard commented, "We're thrilled to be managing this beautiful mansion which shares so much history with the Castle. We're already attracting visitors from Scotland and across the globe who are looking for luxury vacation rentals or weddings. We have great plans to make Glamis House a beacon for tourists holidaying across Angus.”
Simon Watson, Senior Business Agent at Christie & Co, who managed the sale process, said, “After a very successful search with multiple offers received, we are delighted to have worked on behalf of Strathmore Estate in finding a new long-term operator for this outstanding business, and we wish both parties every success for the future.”
