Historic Highland hotel sold to Apex Hotels Ltd through Christie & Co
Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co is pleased to announce the Pine Trees Hotel, a family-owned Scottish country house hotel in the picturesque Highland town of Pitlochry, has been sold to Apex Hotels Limited.
Set in an historic Victorian mansion, within ten acres of lush gardens and woodland, Pine Trees Hotel offers a classic Scottish highlands experience, complete with traditional furnishings and log fires throughout its 29 en-suite rooms, bar and restaurant. Recent refurbishments ensure guests experience a high-quality, modern interior, whilst retaining the traditional style and old-world charm.
The hotel will now join the Apex Hotels Limited family, a four-star luxury hotel group which operate eight luxury hotels in some of UK's most popular cities including London, Bath, Edinburgh, Dundee & Glasgow.
