J Hibbert Dental Surgery in Crewe

Established over 50 years ago, J Hibbert Dental Surgery is a two-surgery predominantly NHS dental practice integrated within Crewe’s large medical centre, Eagle Bridge Health Centre.

It has been owned by Dr Jeremy Hibbert since 1992, who brought the practice to the market to pursue a well-earned retirement.

Following a confidential sales process with Jonathan Watson at Christie & Co, the business has been purchased by three experienced operators, Rehan Alam, Nadeem Arif and Ovais Malik, who have been looking to expand their portfolio of practices across the North West. Dr Hibbert will stay on as an Associate in the interim to offer a period of transition.

Dr Jeremy Hibbert, former owner of J Hibbert Dental Surgery, comments, “After moving into our new premises in 2012, I now feel it is time for someone else to carry the practice forwards to its next phase of growth. I wish the new owners well with the practice.”

Jonathan Watson, Director – Dental at Christie & Co, comments, “Having worked with Jeremy for some time, I was delighted we were able to overcome a number of hurdles to get the sale over the line. The interest generated was staggering, with multiple viewings and offers received, displaying the significant demand from independent buyers for NHS practices.”

J Hibbert Dental Surgery was sold for an undisclosed price.
