‘Good’ rated Hull village care home changes hands as owners retire
Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co, has announced the sale of Kirkella Mansions residential care home on the outskirts of Hull in East Yorkshire.

Kirkella Mansions is registered with the Care Quality Commission for a maximum of 25 residents and, at the last regulatory inspection, was rated ‘Good’ in all areas. It is located in Kirk Ella, a picturesque village on the western edge of Hull city, offering a unique blend of history, culture, and natural beauty.
Following a confidential sales process with Jonathan Wickens at Christie & Co, the home has been purchased by Elian Care Ltd.
Jeff and Yvette Donnelly, the former owners of Kirkella Mansions, comment, “After 40 years in the care sector, we felt it was the right time to retire.
