Edinburgh village dental practice sold for the first time since 1990

Founded in 1990 by Elizabeth and Graeme Lithgow, Kirkliston Dental Surgery is a four-surgery mixed-income dental practice with a good reputation and circa 7,720 registered patients. It is situated in the charming village of Kirkliston, near Edinburgh, nestled in a primarily residential area with a variety of local shops and small businesses nearby.

Elizabeth and Graeme recently decided to sell because they wanted to retire from practice ownership. They will both remain working at the practice post-sale.  

Following a confidential sales process with Kevin Strain at Christie & Co, it has been purchased by Vineeth Balachandran, the owner of Seven Hills Dental Practice, Bankton Dental Practice and Midlothian Dental Practice.

Kirkliston Dental Surgery was sold for an undisclosed price.
