Redhill day nursery sold for the first time to existing operators
Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co, has announced the sale of Kiwi’s Preschool in Redhill, Surrey.

Founded in 2006 by Catherine Childs and Elizabeth Nicholls, Kiwi’s Preschool offers care for up to 36 children aged between 18 months and five years on a sessional, term-time only basis. It provides education and care through a variety of exciting activities that inspire curiosity and support learning across all areas of the EYFS. The setting is located just outside of Reigate in Redhill, Surrey.
Catherine recently decided to sell to pursue other interests.
Following a confidential sales process with Sophie Willcox at Christie & Co, the business has been purchased by Bear & Bunny Nursery & Pre-school, which now owns three settings, including one in Horley and one in Charlwood Village. The group’s owners are excited to bring the setting into their fold, working alongside the existing team and offering full-time care to parents who would like it.
Catherine Childs, founder of Kiwi’s Preschool, comments, “Since 2006, I have worked alongside many children and families. Kiwi’s has been a big part of my life, and I loved supporting every child who walked through Kiwi’s doors. During this time, I have also seen many changes in childcare and decided it was time to put the focus on my growing family. When I met John and Lizzy Daly, I felt confident that they were the right team to take Kiwi’s forward and was reassured that Kiwi’s would continue to offer the same warm, caring and safe environment we have built over the past years.”

Kiwi’s Childcare was sold for an undisclosed price.
