The KClinic is a high-end private dental practice occupying a stunning modern property in Knutsford town centre. Currently operating out of two surgeries, there is ample space at the practice to expand to at least four surgeries.
The practice was set up by Dr Steve Day in 2009, focusing on high-quality family dentistry and aesthetic treatments. He recently decided to sell to reduce responsibilities and will remain at the practice as an Associate.
Following a confidential sales process with Jonathan Watson at Christie & Co, and with funding sourced through Stephen McConalogue at Christie Finance, it has been sold to first-time buyer, Dr Marcin Piekara.

The KClinic was sold for an undisclosed price.
