Large branded hotel near Chester sold

Situated just off the A55 close to Chester city centre, the branded hotel comprises 81 en suite bedooms, as well as four function rooms, a lounge bar and restaurant, and a large car park.

The hotel was previously owned by Autolodge Hotel Limited. Following a confidential sales process with Tom O’Malley at Christie & Co, the hotel has been acquired by Mzaman Holdings Group.

The hotel was sold at an undisclosed price.
